Perfect Location

Nestled in and around the inspiring open countryside, there are many fun things to do and interesting places to visit. Kingsdown Holiday Park's relaxing appeal is complemented by its close proximity to the best visitor attractions in the South East, many of which are no further than a 30-minute drive.

Kingsdown is a charming seaside town, hosting an array of quaint pubs (perfect for a hearty meal) and offering a range of local shops, where you can find everything from everyday groceries to that special seaside memento. The county of Kent has an unrivalled beauty, with endless stretches of fields, wild flowers, woodlands and coastline. One of the most famous attractions is the White Cliffs of Dover: experience this iconic natural beauty and discover its fascinating heritage.

The nearby town of Deal offers a variety of attractions, including a weekly Farmers’ Market so you can stock up on local produce. Deal Castle is one of the finest artillery castles in England, and the Maritime Museum lets you explore the stories of the local people and trade. Dover castle offers a great family day out, with costumed actors brining history to life, exciting exhibitions and winding tunnels to explore. Make sure to visit the restored Saxon church and the secret wartime tunnels carved deep beneath the White Cliffs.

Golf, riding and water sports are all available locally, while the eternally popular and traditional Kent seaside resorts of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate are within a short drive.
